I awoke, thinking of Kranjska Gora.

I've never been there but I've always fancied it.

What's that got to do with Liverpool Lou? 

Why should it have anything to do with her?

Tangential - that's the way my brain works. But when you think of it, everything is connected with everything else. It's just sometimes difficult to see the connection.
